GENOESE PESTO IN A MORTAR
If you want to learn how to make Genoese pesto in a mortar while having fun for a few hours speaking English with other people who share your interest, this is the lesson for you!
Led by the teacher Valentina Venuti you will learn to prepare the traditional Ligurian condiment. At the end of the meeting you will taste it accompanied by focaccia and a glass of Ligurian wine.

Se vuoi imparare a fare il pesto genovese al mortaio divertendoti per qualche ora parlando inglese con altre persone che condividono il tuo interesse, questa è la lezione che fa per te!
Guidati dall'insegnante Valentina Venuti imparerete a preparare il tradizionale condimento ligure. Al termine dell'incontro lo degusterete accompagnato da focaccia e un bicchiere di vino ligure.
