The Traditional Offella made by Antica Offelleria Verona is a leavened cake typical of Verona. It comes from a local recipe dating back over a century and is produced with historical methods and high quality ingredients, such as sourdough, strong flours, fresh cream butter and very long natural leavening.
Less known than Pandoro but equally fluffy and tasty, the Offella by Verona offers a very soft and fragrant dough with no candied fruit or raisins. It can be enjoyed not only during the Christmas holidays but at all times of the year.
