Sicilian Salt 1Kg

This salt is collected by hand from the salt pans of Trapani in Sicily and then checked to make sure that no fossils or seashells are collected as well. This is a versatile salt, perfect with both white and red meats, and also fantastic in enhancing the flavours of vegetables. The 1kg size is ideal for keeping stock in the pantry.
