This is Luca Montersino's version of the famous baci di dama, jewel in the crown of refined Piedmont confectionery tradition. These sweets are made with highly selected ingredients: rice flour, Piedmont hazelnuts, almonds and raw cane sugar. Once they leave the oven the baci are joined in twos by a layer of fine dark chocolate. Have a try... you'll find they're a little moreish!
