Racioppi

The racioppi, delicious salty crackers from Agricola del Sole, take their name from the Coratina variety of olives, known also in the province of Bari as racioppo di Corato.

These chopped olives are what give these racioppi their unmistakable aroma and such a delicious flavour.

Try them alone if you want a salty snack, or use them to prepare an aperitif or a Mediterranean appetiser with fresh or aged cheese, sausages and grilled vegetables, and of course a good glass of fruity red wine.
