Extra Virgin Ottobratico Olive Oil

In Calabria, the art of producing olive oil has its origins in antiquity and many local oil mills are still located in the region. Since 1940 the company has been producing extra virgin olive oils from typical cultivars of the Calabria region: carolea and ottobratica. Exacting harvesting techniques and cold extraction preserve the aromatic flavours of the oil.
