Eataly invites you to sample the unique flavour of the organic Modica chocolate bar from Darino, which owes its fresh and delicious aroma to the use of Ciaculli late mandarin, a particularly sweet tangerine that grows and matures in the Conca d'Oro plain behind Palermo. The sweetness of the fruit blends perfectly with the intense flavour of the Arriba cocoa from which the refined Sabadì chocolate is made.
