Capers in Sea Salt

The salted capers from La Nicchia are made with the finest capers and sea salt.

With their distinctive color, La Nicchia's capers stand out for their meaty texture and delicate flavor. Thanks to the presence of sea salt, their fragrance and texture remain unaltered over time.

Before using, rinse them thoroughly in a colander and let them soak in water for a couple of hours. Dry them, drizzle with a bit of extra virgin olive oil, and use them as you prefer: they are perfect even on pizza.
